Civil rights group challenges night curfews for teenagers

PUBLISHED June 21, 2004

Night-time curfews, Labour's big idea to curb anti-social behaviour, will be challenged in the European Court of Human Rights after a teenager in West Sussex agreed to let the civil rights group Liberty bring a test case in his name.
