Representation order requirements for breach proceedings in the magistrates' and Crown Court

We have published revised guidance to help advocates and litigators when an individual is alleged to be in breach of an order made by either the Crown Court or magistrates' court.

The LSC guidance clarifies the position on the process and criteria for granting criminal legal aid.
