[2011] EWHC 436 (Admin)

A European arrest warrant was not invalidated by the fact that it did not contain the date of the extraditee's conviction. The Extradition Act 2003 s.2(6)(b), which provided that particulars of conviction should appear on the warrant, did not specifically require the date of conviction to be stated.
