[2004] EWCA Crim 639
Sentences of three and four years for conspiracy to supply class A drugs were unduly lenient and following a trial the judge should have had a starting point of between eight and nine years. Given the principle of double jeopardy and the fact one of the defendants had been released on home detention curfew it would not be appropriate to increase his sentence, however, in the circumstances, the other two defendants would have their sentences of three and four years increased to four and six years.
