[2012] EWCA Crim 2544

A sentence of three years' imprisonment for possession with intent to supply 10.5 kilograms of diamorphine was too low. The judge had erred in sentencing the offender under category 2 of the sentencing guidelines when the amount of drugs involved placed the offence within category 1.
