[2012] EWCA Crim 2558

Sentences of between 38 and 60 months imposed on four offenders who had conducted a campaign of violent domestic burglaries had been too lenient. The sentencing judge had been faced with disorganisation in the conduct of the prosecution case and had been under an apparent misconception regarding credit for guilty pleas.
