[2013] EWCA Crim 458

A sentence of two years' imprisonment imposed on a 22-year-old offender for causing death by dangerous driving was unduly lenient, given the pattern of driving, which involved persistent speeding, and in the light of his previous driving record. A sentence of three years was substituted.
