[2008] EWCA Crim 1360

A sentence of 14 months' imprisonment for causing death by dangerous driving was lenient but not unduly lenient where the offender, who was of previous good character and had pleaded guilty, had not pursued a prolonged, persistent and deliberate course of very bad driving but had made a grave error of judgment.
