A sentence of four-and-a-half years' imprisonment imposed for being knowingly concerned in the fraudulent evasion of the prohibition on the importation of a Class A controlled drug was unduly lenient and was replaced with a sentence of six years' imprisonment, as the sentencing judge had attached too much weight to the offender's personal circumstances and in particular the effect of the sentence on her children.
