[2009] EWCA Crim 657

A total sentence of 28 months' imprisonment for causing death by dangerous driving was unduly lenient where the offender fell asleep at the wheel and collided with another vehicle, killing its two passengers. The sentence was increased to three and a half years' imprisonment.
