[2013] EWHC 4010 (Admin)

The court refused to overturn an extradition order even though the appellant's rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.6 had been breached by the requesting state's failure to allow him access to a lawyer during his first interrogation by police. The breach had not resulted in a flagrant denial of justice nor had it rendered the appellant's conviction unsafe.
