An application for permission to appeal to the Privy Council against a decision of the Court of Appeal (Bermuda) was refused. The applicant had been entitled to written reasons for the Court of Appeal's decision but, as his conviction was otherwise sound, it would not be right to quash it simply because of the failure to give reasons.
