The Justice Committee has raised comprehensive and wide-ranging criticism about the Government's Courts and Tribunals Bill, the LCCSA provided evidence which was considered.

We have been a vocal critic of some aspects of the Bill and in particular the proposals regarding jury trials and the abolition of the right to appeal against magistrates' courts decisions.

We will shortly be announcing details of another panel event relating to the above issue following the success of our event earlier this year.
