In assessing an offender's culpability for drug offences, the judge had rightly characterised him as having a leading role in a significant drug-dealing operation. Those offences were, however, more properly assessed as Category 2, rather than Category 3, and the offender's total sentence of six years' imprisonment was, accordingly, substituted by one of five years.
