[2012] EWHC 3402 (Admin)

A juror who had disclosed the jury's deliberations to a defendant convicted on one count of the indictment before a verdict had been reached on another count, and had attempted to do the same with a second defendant after discharge of the jury, had deliberately disobeyed two distinct orders of the court and would receive an immediate custodial sentence.
