[2014] EWHC 334 (Admin)

In considering extradition and the resulting interference with an individual's rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.8, the court was not persuaded that the public interest in extradition was outweighed by an interference with the appellants' art.8 rights which was exceptionally severe.
