A partner in a firm of solicitors had fraudulently failed to disclose to a co-partner that he had been involved in a large number of dishonest transactions thereby inducing the co-partner to enter into a partnership agreement. An order of the Solicitors' Disciplinary Tribunal was evidence of the fact that the partner had been struck from the Roll of Solicitors on the ground of dishonesty.
