DVDs and inlays examined by defence advocates did not constitute pages of prosecution evidence forming part of committal documents within the meaning of the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2001 Sch.4 para.1, and a determining officer had been correct to disallow claims for payment under the graduated scheme based on the listing of each DVD and inlay as an individual page.
