Yacht skipper fined for Cowes Week collision with oil tanker
PUBLISHED October 25, 2013A Royal Navy reservist who was in charge of a racing yacht that collided with an oil tanker during Cowes Week has been found guilty of three counts of contravening maritime regulations.
