[2007] EWHC 2651 (Admin)

A European arrest warrant had failed to comply with the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(4)(d) where it failed to state with sufficient clarity the maximum sentence for the extradition offences. The warrant was therefore invalid and was quashed.
