PUBLISHED July 21, 1999Pirsuant to s.12 Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1997, the decision to impose a caution on a nurse found guilty of misconduct before the UK Central Council for Nursing Midwifery and Health Visiting, did not constitute a decision which was susceptible to appeal to the High Court.
