Supervision of high-risk criminals will not be handed to private sector
PUBLISHED January 13, 2014The supervision of the highest-risk criminals who have committed notorious offences that have attracted significant and prolonged media attention will not be handed over to the private sector when 70% of the probation service is outsourced later this year.
