Kevin Commons was one on the tragic victims of the Derrick Bird who shot and killed 12 people in the Whitehaven area on 2 June 2010. Kevin Commons founded his own firm, K J Commons and Co based in Workington and surrounding areas. He worked as a defence advocate. He was a member of SAHCA and known as a talented and highly respected lawyer. The Chairman on behalf of the membership has sent condolences to his colleagues.
