[2012] EWHC 3335 (Admin)

For the purpose of civil recovery investigations the court was persuaded that it could make discovery orders that did not identify the property to be the subject of enquiries, and that it could make an order that was sufficiently wide as to enable investigations to be carried out in respect of a property that was outside of the jurisdiction.
