Where a urine sample had been taken from a motorist who was in hospital and catheterised, for the purposes of the Road Traffic Act 1988 s.7(5) the provision of the specimen for analysis occurred at the point at which the catheter bag was emptied rather than at the point the urine left the motorist's body.
