New maximum expert rates are being introduced and guidance is available

Changes to maximum rates for certain types of expert are to be introduced from 1 April 2013

The new maximum expert rates are being introduced through the:

• Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013 and the
• Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013.
