[2010] EWCA Crim 2323

Sentences of three-and-a-half years' imprisonment which had been imposed on two 21-year-old men following their conviction for possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence after they had discharged a loaded shotgun at the door of an occupied flat were unduly lenient. Sentences of five years' imprisonment were imposed in their place.
