[2011] EWCA Crim 661
A total sentence of seven years' imprisonment was appropriate for two offences of robbery, the first having been committed shortly after the offender had been released from prison, and the second whilst he was on bail for the first. Both offences were planned and semi-professional, a disguise had been worn, and the offender was a persistent offender.
