[2007] EWCA Crim 1407

A sentence of two years' imprisonment in respect of an offence of attempted wounding with intent where the offender, under the influence of alcohol, had persistently attacked a police officer with a knife was unduly lenient. A sentence of three-and-a-half years' imprisonment was substituted.
