Applications for declarations of beneficial interests in five properties covered by a restraint order were refused where the applicants, who were all family members, were found to be neither credible nor reliable, the applications were lodged a substantial time after the restraint order had been made, and the evidence adduced of agreement or common intention was inconsistent and not sufficient to establish any beneficial interest.
