A Lithuanian of Roma origin failed to show that her extradition to the Russian Federation was barred by extraneous considerations under the Extradition Act 2003 s.79(1)(b) in that there was a real risk that she might be prejudiced at her trial in Kaliningrad on account of her race, or that extradition would be incompatible with her rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950.
