Sentences of 12 months' imprisonment for burglary and two months' imprisonment for taking a conveyance were not manifestly excessive where the offender had numerous previous convictions and had acted with an accomplice. Some judges might have imposed concurrent sentences, but it was not wrong in principle for a consecutive sentence to be imposed for the second offence.
