[2007] EWCA Crim 1744

A judge was correct to rule that the Medicines for Human Use (Marketing Authorisations Etc.) Amendment Regulations 2000 merely inserted a discretionary statutory enforcement procedure and did not repeal any of the Medicines for Human Use (Marketing Authorisations Etc.) Regulations 1994 either expressly or impliedly.
