[2007] EWCA Crim 2254

A judge had been entitled to impose a longer than commensurate sentence on one count, but a total sentence of 15 years for sexual offences was too long having regard to the offending and to the circumstances of the whole case and was reduced to 10 years by making the sentences run concurrently.
