[2007] EWCA Crim 2927

A judge had been correct to admit evidence under the Criminal Justice Act 2003 s.98(a) since it was to do with the facts of an alleged offence, despite the evidence deriving from an incident that occurred two days later and involving a different incident of arson from that of the alleged offence.
