[2007] EWCA Crim 1925

A judge had been entitled to make an order under the Contempt of Court Act 1981 s.11 to prohibit the publication of an exchange that took place in the public part of a trial when it should have formed part of the evidence given in camera, or to order that publication was in breach of an in camera order and thus a contempt of court, but he had not been entitled to make an order to that effect under s.4(2) of the Act.
