[2008] EWCA Crim 2406

A total sentence of 18 months' imprisonment for burglary and possession of a Class C drug with intent to supply, imposed to run consecutively to a sentence of 33 months' imprisonment, which the offender was still serving for burglary and failure to surrender, was quashed and replaced by a 12-month sentence, as the total sentence was more than was necessary for a 22-year-old.
