A judge's failure to state what a jury should do if it was unsure of a defendant's guilt, in accordance with the JSB specimen direction, did not render a defendant's conviction unsafe as the judge's summing up had been fair and balanced, and made it clear that in order to convict, the jury had to be sure of the defendant's guilt.
