[2004] EWCA Crim 940

A jury's verdict that convicted the defendant of some indecent assaults and acquitted her of others and of incest was not logically inconsistent and this was not an exceptional case where the results arrived at were simply impenetrable. There was nothing surprising in the jury's findings and the conviction was safe.
