A sentence of two months' imprisonment was appropriate in the case of the appellant, who had pleaded guilty to possessing extreme pornographic images contrary to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 s.63(1); the downloading of file-sharing software which made the images available to others constituted an aggravating feature.
