[2012] EWCA Crim 3215

A sentence for cultivating cannabis was reduced to four-and-a-half years' imprisonment where there was a large disparity between the first and second offenders' sentences and where the judge had not been entitled to find that the first offender had invested a significant sum of money in adapting his farm into a cannabis factory.
