A total sentence of three years' imprisonment for two counts of possessing a false identity document with intent and two counts of fraud was excessive and a sentence of two years' imprisonment was substituted to reflect the fact that it was unnecessary to make the sentence for the fraud consecutive to the sentence for the possession offence.
