There had been nothing improper in a judge repeatedly asking the same question of a defendant after her re-examination at trial, in relation to an allegation of dishonest abuse of a position of trust with intent, where the question had not been asked by defence counsel, the response was relevant to an anticipated Ghosh direction and the judge had found the defendant's answers to the question unclear.
