[2010] EWCA Crim 1649

A sentence of four-and-a-half years' imprisonment was a little out of line with what was reasonably expected for an offence consisting of a single trip to the United Kingdom to launder a large sum of money. A sentence of three-and-a-half years' imprisonment was substituted for the original term.
