[2006] EWCA Crim 2133

There had been sufficient connection and similarity between allegations over a 10-year period by three patients complaining of indecent touching by a dentist to make the allegations cross-admissible, and there had been no need for the judge to remind the jury of the numbers of patients who had not complained during that period.
