Where, as a result of an offender seeking help for his sexual attraction to young boys, he was arrested and charged with making indecent photographs of a child, possessing indecent photographs of a child and sexual assault upon a child, a community order with an order that the offender participate in a sex offender programme was appropriate and his sentence of 27 months' detention was quashed.
