[2008] EWCA Crim 3308

A sentence of two years' imprisonment imposed for offences involving the possession and supply of a Class A drug was quashed and replaced by a 12-month community order accompanied by a 12-month supervision and residence requirement, as both the public interest and the interests of the offender were best served by her release from custody to enter a drug rehabilitation programme.
