A judge was entitled to make a confiscation order where an offender had obtained a benefit through the use of a prohibited trading name for her company, and in assessing that benefit he had correctly based his calculation on the gross turnover of that company. That order was not a disproportionate interference with her rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 Protocol 1 Art.1.
