The prosecution of the appellants after their ship was boarded and seized on a technical illegality was not an abuse of process when it could have been legally boarded and seized because the facts implied that it was not registered anywhere and the arresting authorities had satisfied the aim of the Vienna Convention. Appeals dismissed.
