[2009] EWCA Crim 580

A sentence of four years and eight months' imprisonment was reduced to three years and four months in the case of a persistent offender who had pleaded guilty to a domestic burglary whilst he was on licence in respect of a similar offence, with a further two years of his licence period to run.
